Product Availability. Seller reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. In the event of any such revision, discontinuance, or cessation, Seller may, in its sole discretion, ship products of substantially similar functionality and specifications with respect to the products ordered or decide to cancel Buyer’s order.

Delivery Confirmation. Because many instances may occur at your delivery address that is beyond our control, you agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the card holder, even without a signature.
