Due to the personal nature of our products, health and safety regulations, and ongoing considerations related to COVID-19 and other public health concerns, we have adopted the following policy:
All Sales Are Final

No Returns or Exchanges: For the safety of all customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, whether opened or unopened.

No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not issue refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tonesbycocoa.com with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will walk you through the shipping provider claim process.
Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We cannot make changes, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers. Once a package leaves our facility, it is under the responsibility of the carrier. Customers should file a claim directly with the carrier for lost or delayed shipments.
