🔥Rapid Dark Spot Correcting Serum

When the product came the bottle was different which is fine. However, the bottle did not have a applicator stick connected to the top so I can press the the top while the bottle is up right and the product come out. So I have to hold it upside down then press the liquid out.

I ordered from them in the past and the product was excellent and saw changes within a week or less. I ordered this last time and used this product and it's been over 2 weeks no change. I had a little bit left from my previous order, so I decided to compare. I noticed the color of the cream is different as well as the smell. My previous bottle the color of the cream was a yellowish color with a stronger smell and the new bottle is a medium brown color with little to no smell. I am highly disappointed

It is about 2 weeks since I have been using rapid dark Spot Correcting Serum. Within a few days when I first started using the product I noticed my dark spots were beginning to lighten. As I continue to use the product daily I am noticing dark spots are fading. I highly recommend this product for anyone wanting to achieve lasting results from hyperpigmentation.

I ordered this serum and got something totally different. It’s said it Rapid Dark Pot Correction but it looks like a cream instead of a serum. This the second time I ordered from you guys and the product doesn’t look like the picture. If you’ve change your product at least let your customers know!!!

I have been ordering from Jones by Coco for over a year and never had an issue. The batch I received recently is completely oxidated and I have sent emails with no response $100 going down the drain. I will never order again.
