Never received my order! I have been a loyal customer for some time and have been desperately awaiting the arrival of my products. This experience has been extremely stressful. I just experienced a disappointing phone conversation with either the owner or customer service rep who in essence told me to file a dispute with the mail carrier despite me informing them that the mail carrier instructed me to check with the merchant. Merchant was extremely rude and disconnected the call after I mentioned that I would file a claim with BBB due to unfavorable customer service experience.

the product size is smaller but the price the same and I called and the lady asked me to take a picture and someone will call me back and no one still haven't called me back and i have called several times
