While I enjoy the products, the customer service is extremely disappointing. I’ve been a loyal customer, but the one time I had an issue—being double-charged for my order—I was met with dismissiveness and rudeness. Instead of addressing my concern, the representative immediately disregarded my situation and made no effort to resolve it. To make matters worse, she hung up on me while I was simply trying to understand why I was charged twice for a single purchase.
The products work well for my skin, but after this experience, I no longer feel valued as a customer. I prefer to support brands that respect and appreciate their customers, especially those who shop with them frequently. I hope they improve their communication and customer service because this was truly disappointing.
